PCCNA Leaders Visit Israel Back to Photos Main
Israel Groupshot

At the invitation of the Israel Ministry of Tourism, ten PCCNA leaders visited the nation of Israel during the month of January 2011.

National PCCNA Chairman Dr. Jeff Farmer and his wife, Ramona, (Open Bible Churches); Executive Committee member Bishop Elijah Williams and his wife, Mamie, (United Holy Church of America); Rev. Preston Heath and his wife, Iris, (Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church); Revs. Paul and Anna McPhail (Independent Assemblies of God International, Canada); and Rev. Kelly Ward and Rev. Roberto Sanchez (Church of God of the Apostolic Faith) represented the PCCNA organization on the eight-day tour.

Accompanied by Midwest Region Marketing Director and passionate lover of Israel, Mrs. Cindy Iglitzen, and our history-rich tour guide, Mr. Ike Korin, the group visited places like the ancient seaport of Joppa, Caesarea, Megiddo, Nazareth, Tiberias, the Sea of Galilee region (including Capernaum and a baptismal site on the Jordan River), the Tower of David, the Room of the Last Supper, the Garden Tomb, Gethsemane, the Pool of Bethesda, the Dead Sea region (including Masada and a Kibbutz), Bethlehem’s Church of the Nativity, Museum of the Holocaust, and Jerusalem’s Western Wall.

Whether it was sailing on the Sea of Galilee as a rare, 180-degree rainbow-arc adorned the sky, or walking the Via Dolorosa (Stations of the Cross), or ascending the exact temple steps upon which Jesus walked, everyone exclaimed, “I shall never be the same.”

The leaders and members of PCCNA express their gratitude to Mr. Uri Steinberg, Israel Ministry of Tourism, for his gracious and generous invitation to visit the Holy Land…the Promised Land.

Below are a few of the pictures from the trip. Click on the thumbnail for a larger version of the picture.
